SMC Diodes

The TPK30KP350A from SMC Diodes is a high-power 30KW Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for surface mount applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage (Vrwm) of 300V and a minimum breakdown voltage (Vbr) of 350V. This unidirectional TVS diode provides excellent clamping capability with a maximum clamping voltage (Vc) of 567V at 52.9A peak pulse current.
