Efinix

The Efinix Titanium Ti165 is a high-performance Field-Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) from the Titanium family. It features 165,000 Logic Elements, 572 user I/Os, 480 M20K memory blocks, and 480 Efinix DSP blocks. This device is housed in an N1156 (1156-ball FBGA) package and is rated for industrial temperature operation (-40°C to +100°C junction). It also includes 16 transceivers capable of up to 16 Gbps.
