Full Description

The SMF20A-MFH-H is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode manufactured by FORMOSA MICROSEMI. This unidirectional TVS diode is designed to protect sensitive electronic components from voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD), inductive load switching, and other transient voltage events. With a breakdown voltage of 20V, the SMF20A-MFH-H effectively clamps transient voltages to safe levels, preventing damage to downstream circuitry. Its compact DO-219AB (SMF) package allows for easy surface mounting on printed circuit boards. Supreme Components International is an authorised distributor of FORMOSA MICROSEMI, guaranteeing the authenticity and quality of this product. This TVS diode is suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive electronics, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics.
