Product Description
The SMAJ160A is a high-performance, 160V unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode manufactured by SMC Diodes. This surface-mount device, housed in an SMA package, is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and inductive load switching.
