Full Description

The SMAHFL220A-H is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode from FORMOSA MICROSEMI, designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and inductive load switching. This unidirectional TVS diode features a reverse standoff voltage (Vrwm) of 22V, a breakdown voltage (Vbr) of 36.8V, and a clamping voltage (Vc) of 59.4V. Housed in a surface-mount SMA package, the SMAHFL220A-H offers a peak pulse power dissipation of 400W. Its fast response time and low clamping voltage make it ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable components in various applications. Supreme Components International is an authorized distributor of FORMOSA MICROSEMI, guaranteeing genuine components and expert support. This diode is suitable for use in telecommunications, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics.
