Product Description
The Diptronics P4SMA440CA is a high-performance, 400W bidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge (ESD). This TVS diode features a standoff voltage of 440V and is housed in a surface-mount SMA (DO-214AC) package for easy integration into printed circuit boards.
