Product Description
The CJSMCJ17A is a high-performance TVS diode manufactured by JSCJ (JCET). As an authorised distributor, Supreme Components International provides only authentic components. This unidirectional TVS diode is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning.
