Product Description
The BZW06-299 is a high-performance Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode manufactured by Diotec. Supreme Components International is an authorised distributor of Diotec components. This diode is specifically designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge (ESD).
