The SG MICRO 74HC574 is a high-speed silicon gate CMOS device and is pin-compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC574 is an octal D-type flip-flop with 3-state outputs. Data at the D inputs is transferred to the Q outputs on the positive-going edge of the clock (CP) pulse. A high level on the output enable (OE) input forces the Q outputs into the high-impedance OFF state. This feature allows the device to be used in bus-oriented systems.
