The DIPTRONICS 1.5KE36C is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and electrostatic discharge (ESD). This unidirectional TVS diode features a standoff voltage of 36V and a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500W. Encased in a DO-201 package, the 1.5KE36C offers easy installation and reliable performance.
