Product Description
The MOC3023S-TA1, manufactured by LiteON, is a high-performance Optoisolator Triac Driver. Supreme Components International is an authorised distributor of LiteON components. This device features a 5.3kVrms isolation voltage, ensuring safe and reliable operation in demanding environments. The MOC3023S-TA1 consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector performing the functions of a zero voltage crossing triac driver.
